The Gulf Coast Jack Russell Terrier Network is an affiliate of the Jack Russell Terrier Club Of America (JRTCA), whose motto is "Preserve, Protect And Work" the Jack Russell Terrier.
As a local organization based in South and Central Texas, we share this objective and provide opportunities for JRT owners in our region to get together and socialize with each other and their Jacks. We do this by means of "playdays", 2-3 per year, at members' homes where we school our Jacks in racing, some agility, lure coursing and Go-To-Ground, etc. We also stage an annual trial, usually the first weekend in March, which is sanctioned by the JRTCA. Our trials attract a wider participation than our own membership.

"Bud" ~ 1/25/10 ~ Kerrville, Texas
Bud is a JR mix that needs a home. He is about 1.5 years old and is a sweet and gentle natured dog. He gets along well with others and is well behaved. He is a big boy weighing in at about 30 pounds. Bud likes to play in the yard and snuggle on the couch. He is not a barker and is fairly calm and easy going. He loves people. All his vet work has been done. What he needs now if for someone to love him.
